    Responsibilities

    SUMMARY

    Califia Farms is seeking a dynamic, self-motivated individual to support the CEO and Field Sales team. This is a great opportunity to be a part of a global health and wellness movement with a rapidly growing plant-based food and beverage company.

     

    JOB DUTIES

    • Coordinate all aspects of CEO’s calendar including appointments, meetings, and constant schedule changes
    • Handle incoming calls, respond to inquiries regarding the Office of the CEO
    • Manage the planning, coordination, and execution of business travel (domestic and international), including trip logistics and itinerary, meeting coordination, remote support of CEO  
    • Prepare, reconcile, and track expense reports for CEO through Concur T&E system
    • Work with Director of Trade Marketing to provide tools & support to field sales organization
    • Assist with all logistics for National and Regional sales meetings and assist other Sales functions with support for customer selling shows and regional meetings
    • Ongoing support of Trade Marketing team across all business activities
    • Perform mass communications of business initiatives, announcements, and results
    • Facilitate and manage ordering, tracking, and budgeting of field sales/promotion materials

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
    • Experience supporting C-Suite executives in a fast paced start up environment
    • 1+ years’ experience as a scheduling “ninja” and ability to fearlessly manage last minute changes including international meetings/appointments
    • Ability to multi-task while dealing with ambiguity & complexity, often within tight deadlines
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills
    • Strong Excel & PowerPoint skills
    • Proactive, can-do attitude
    • Ability and willingness to work outside of standard business hours when needed
    • Demonstrated ability to learn relevant computer applications
    • Passion for natural and organic products a plus
