    Responsibilities

     

    SUMMARY
    We are looking for an enthusiastic Brand Ambassador to be the face of our company and promote our products and services. If you enjoy communicating with customers, making people’s day, and sharing a smile with another human being over a great cup of cold brew coffee then we would like to meet you! To be a successful Brand Ambassador, you will need to attend trade shows and events to showcase our company, manage the activation through its entirety, as well as ensure customer satisfaction. You should also be an excellent social media user, have great in-person and email communication skills, and manage tasks timely and efficiently to ensure the best quality consumer experience of our growing brand. This is a part-time position, 10-25 hours/week.

     

    JOB DUTIES
    • Create awareness for Califia Farms through field marketing, experiential consumer marketing, activations, drops, events, and connections
    • Manage set up and preparation for events when necessary
    • Manage LA warehouse inventory and storage facilities
    • Have a constant eye on local events in SoCal and an eye for what would fit us well for a variety of potential activations
    • Help the sales and trade show team with their consumer and buyer reaching efforts and shows throughout the year
    • Take ownership of on-site and field marketing -- ensuring that the brand activations are executed flawlessly, and customer satisfaction is high
    • Ensure that our marketing activations are always improving and evolving with competitors and our product line

     

    Qualifications

     

    REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES
    • Drive company van once approved
    • Lift 50 lbs. comfortably and safely
    • Organizational and time management skills
    • Weekends mostly available for all day events
    • Microsoft 360 Suite fluent
    • Self-starter and great team player

     

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
    • High School Diploma + some college completed
    • Responsible, dependable, self-motivated, and engaging
    • Strong written and oral communication skills and experience with Microsoft Office Suite + Google Drive
    • 2 years of similar experience with a CPG or similar brand

     

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
    • 3-4 years prior experience in field marketing, agency marketing, brand management, and/or brand ambassador work
    • Experience working with marketing programs and effectively managing time and assets
    • Passionate about food/health with an interest in growing a career in sales and marketing
    • Outgoing and personable, capable of fostering relationships as well as engaging strangers
