Overview

The Accounts Receivable & Administrative role at Califia Farms is an exciting, diverse, and autonomous role reporting directly to the General Manager, EU. We require an organized and enthusiastic individual who can work across multiple functions, supporting AR and general administration across the business.  A fantastic opportunity for a hungry self-starter to learn and develop within multiple functions in a multi-national FMCG business.

 

As such you need to be a team player – working collaboratively with a cross functional team in the UK and the US with a focus on supporting the wider business in achieving their ambitious growth targets.

 

This hybrid role works in the London office 3 days a week.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting the Sales team in dealing with customers
  • Providing insight to the Sales team regarding their accounts
  • Supporting the Sales team with commercial admin; New Line Forms, Promotional Forms, EPOS tracking, etc.
  • Processing of deductions using the trade management system, Telus (formally known as Exceedra), on behalf of the EU/UK Business
  • Assist with the timely and accurate distribution of customer invoices via email and vendor portals
  • Collate all available detailed backup to identify and validate deductions
  • Request additional deduction details from customers when necessary
  • Ensure that supporting documentation is uploaded to the respective deduction in Telus
  • Communicate with Sales/Marketing/Supply chain to validate deductions
  • Develop an effective and consistent process to address billing issues and past due accounts
  • Collaboratively work with corporate team with day-to-day tasks
  • Supporting the Marketing team; Retailer Forms, Online Media Bidding, IRI data pull, Kantar Data consolidation
  • Supporting the Supply Chain team; Commercial Invoices, Forecast Variance, Ad Hoc Order Support

Qualifications

  • University Degree preferred
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
  • Knowledge of deductions and deduction processing preferred
  • Telus (formerly known as Exceedra) and ERP experience preferred but not required
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage their time and workload effectively
  • Ability to track and complete multiple tasks
  • Confident to communicate with customers and proactively and tenaciously seek resolution.
  • Passionate about working in a fast growth business environment.
  • Team player – someone willing to get stuck in, roll their sleeves up and support wherever needed
  • A quick learner – full training will be provided
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
