Overview

The Graduate Account Executive role at Califia Farms is an exciting, diverse and autonomous role reporting directly into the Grocery Account Director. We require an organized and enthusiastic individual who can support increasing product distribution, support in customer specific business plans aligned to our category and brand objectives and work across multiple functions, supporting the Grocery channel.  A fantastic opportunity for a hungry self-starter to learn and develop by delivering on our trade ambitions in a multi-national FMCG business.

 

This hybrid position is based out of our London office and works in office 3 days/week.

Responsibilities

  • Direct Account Management for Ocado and Booths with the support management of the Grocery Director and Sr. National Account Manager
  • Support Grocery team with all internal and external customer administration to drive profitable growth including:
    • Collation of EPOS data, store distribution, store ranging tracking and analysis to present trends and actions
    • Collation of competitor activity, supporting on making recommendations on business and customer strategy
    • Support on development of S&OP forecast owning the sales inputs, via submission of internal volume forecasts, internal promotional loading and accruals
    • Responsible for all spend tracking (promotions & shopper)
    • Support on quarterly and annual forecasting processes
    • Sales ‘super-user’ for all internal systems and processes including customer ordering, customer set up, Telus Trade Promotion Management, and Power BI
    • Sales ‘super-user’ on retailer portals
    • Undertaking promotional analysis and ROI on promotions and shopper initiatives
    • Support on identification and implementation of customer shopper programs

Qualifications

  • University degree preferred
  • Previous FMCG experience preferred
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage their time and workload effectively
  • Analytical mindset
  • Ability to track and complete multiple tasks
  • Confident to communicate with customers and proactively and tenaciously seek resolution
  • Passionate about working in a fast growth business environment.
  • Team player - someone willing to get stuck in, roll their sleeves up and support wherever needed
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • A quick learner – full training will be provided
