Overview

This position is responsible for managing finished goods inventory deployment across the company’s distribution centers and manufacturing locations which will support all new product launches and product transitions while maintaining performance targets for customer order fill rate, product waste, and cost efficiencies.

Responsibilities

  • By utilizing Anaplan, maintaining target DOH inventories by sku at all Califia Farms Distribution Centers. Provide customer satisfaction by ensuring exceptional availability and minimal cuts to customer orders to deliver target fill rate.
  • Identify areas of service level risk and proactively communicate with Senior Inventory Deployment Manager to develop action plans.
  • Work in Anaplan, a deployment planning system, to manage replenishment orders, work closely with logistics team to ensure on time delivery and track replenishment orders status in Ross (ERP).
  • Work with demand planning and supply planning team to troubleshoot availability issues. Work closely with producing locations to plan inventory replenishment orders.
  • Manage communications with logistics and warehouses, following up on submitted shipments and inquiry requests and provide details for shipment loads and inventory specific to DC’s and Califia Farms Logistic teams
  • Daily reconciliation of the status of replenishment orders.
  • Monitor pallet space capacity at distribution centers as well as inbound and outbound capacities.
  • Monitor production schedules for changes that could impact scheduled replenishment orders.
  • Provide Inventory Replenishment orders by warehouse and co-manufactures with the goal of optimizing freight costs for replenishment orders and balancing available warehouse capacities.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Must have 1-3 years of deployment or logistics experience in consumer goods industry
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in inventory and distribution management
  • Excellent communication skills

The expected salary range for this position is between $65,000 - $73,000 per year based on a full-time schedule.  Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting the actual salary.
